We are happy and welcome Anne Bakke Fylling to Previwo. Anne joined on 1 August as a Technical Manager. She will expand our capacity for customer follow-up and will assist in customer verification surveys and implementations with Stembiont. Together with Ragnhild, this makes a strong team. Anne will also use her strong background and training in fish health and immunology to strengthen our research and development team with microbial enhancement products and vaccines.

Anne was born and raised on a farm outside Måløy in Nordfjord  with the sea as her nearest neighbour, fish and fishing have naturally been a large part of her upbringing.

She has a master’s degree in molecular biology from (NMBU 2014) and a PhD in aquatic immunology with a focus on Atlantic salmon (NMBU 2021). In addition, she has a special interest in immunological responses in fish and how different stimuli affect the immune system. And not least – the importance of this in terms of disease control, welfare and growth for the fish
